Minutes of Twenty-third Monthly Meeting

The 23rd Monthly Meeting.

The 23rd Monthly Meeting of our Association was held on 1st July, 2024 in premises of Senior Citizen Association Building at 5.00 PM.
The discussions and resolutions are given below;

Minutes of the Meeting

1. Birthday Greetings:
Extended birthday greetings to members born in the month of July.
All the members greeted the members, a happy birthday.

2. Invitation to New Members:
The new member A. Ramulu (ID No. 94) was invited into the association. introduced himself to the association

3. Sharing the Details about Building Construction Till Date:
The President explained about the latest position and future plans as a bird’s eye-view.
All other members happily shared their views about construction.

4. A Brief Financial Report:
The finance secretary and treasurer V. Venu Mohana Rao Garu explained about collections and expenditure till date.

5. Chit Details:
The President explained about the chit details and payments made the winner M Anand Prasad Garu. For the month June, 2024.

6. Chit draw:
July 2024, monthly draw was conducted. Winner of July 2024 is K. Krishna Murty Garu.
Most of the members paid chit subscription on the spot.

7. A new chit – Second series:
All the members unanimously agreed to organize one more chit of Rs5000.00 per month as the second series from August 2024.

8. Commission on New Chit of Second-Series:
It was unanimously decided that the commission of 10% is to be deducted from the winner's amount to meet recurring monthly expenses like electricity bill, Servant charges etc.
Eight members accepted to joined in the chit at the instant.

9. Vote of Thanks:
The program was concluded with Vote of Thanks by P. Bhaskar Garu.
